I originally used the Direct Play URL (see screenshot). When I use the Embed Code (the part between https:// and the end before ?autoplay), I get a 403 error and the player doesn’t show up at all.
@dipsaha Are you interested in solving the problem? I’m losing patience and seriously thinking about another solution. If support takes that long to respond in an emergency, then I’m cooked….

Hello, thank you for your response. I have deactivated the “Hello” theme and tested it with the default WordPress themes Twenty Twenty-Four and Twenty Twenty-Five. The video still does not display across the full player. I also deactivated Elementor and Elementor Pro, but that didn’t help either. The video remains small in the player.
