After messing about with the database I was able to get the scores back.

I used:

UPDATE wp_wcup_predictions SET wwhen=”2010-06-13 19:48:55″

Not the best way to do it but after the update to 1.9.1 I entered this, went back to the score match page and selected the 3 games and clicked “Score Selected”.
