you should check your PHP.ini settings.
However, you should not seem to use WP Last Modified. Can’t help you since I do not know the environment you are working in as well as out of scope for this plugin.

Simply remove the widget shortcode from the page if you do not want to display the plugin content on that page.Could you please show me the content of your page?
