where the folder should be created?
All of the translation files I have been given are available at http://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/browser/subscribe2/i18n/.You need to download the *.mo file and place it on your server either in a folder called languages/ in the wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/ folder or you can place it in the subscribe2/ folder.
this not working for me, please help
