Same issue here. I tried to create a new gallery, and I got the “Security check fail” page.
The support team at GoDaddy told me I’d need to talk to the developer, and the developer site sent me here.
A Google search didn’t return anything useful, at least on the first two pages.
Does anyone have an answer for why we’re getting this error?
I’d consider upgrading the Origin plugin, but since the developer hasn’t responded about this topic, I have zero confidence that the paid version isn’t also broken.
Anyone have a suggestion for a better video gallery plugin I should switch to?

Console Errors are:
Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at about:blank. (Reason: CORS request not http).
Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/id. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed).
(Is this a me problem rather than a you problem?)
