In reply to: [WP SEO Redirect 301] This webpage has a redirect loopI just upgraded to the update (which came out since my original post above) and yes, that appears to have fixed the problem. Thanks!
Hi Krishna, I went and used all three feed validators and got the following:
1. The first said it was valid and in great shape. It even offered me a badge to put on my website so I could prove it, despite the feed not working seeming to be proof that things are not all well.
2. The second gave me this error:
Using org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser
Exception javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException: Failed to compile stylesheet. 1 error detected.
Failed to compile stylesheet. 1 error detected.3. The third gives me quite a few errors. The issue with all of these is that I’ve done searches online for these errors, and I can’t figure out what to do about any of them.
[No need to paste all the errors here. A link to them would do. Error messages removed]

In reply to: Plugins Page Gone After Upgrading to 3.0.3Ha! Although increasing the memory in the code didn’t work, that got me thinking about whether there might be an issue with the memory on the web server. I rebooted the server, and what do you know, everything is working perfectly now.
Thanks everyone!

In reply to: Plugins Page Gone After Upgrading to 3.0.3BTW, I have tried making a new post, and that works fine, except that after I publish the post I get a blank page, once again. But it does post successfully.

In reply to: Plugins Page Gone After Upgrading to 3.0.3If I try to go to the following pages and quite a few others by clicking on the left-hand menu it is completely blank. Nothing on the screen–just white:
/wp-admin/plugins.php
/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
/wp-admin/edit.phpIf I click on the “update” link (when it appears there due to an out of date plugin), that works up until the point where I select the plugin and click the button that should take me to the page where I put in my FTP information. At that point, the main navigation is still there, but the main content area is blank.
Curiously, pages such as those below still show up:
/wp-admin/plugin-install.php (add plugins page)
/wp-admin/post-new.php (add new post page)
/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page (add new page)Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Plugins Page Gone After Upgrading to 3.0.3Ok, I deleted all the files from the server other than the wp-content folder, deleted all those files locally, then downloaded a fresh copy of 3.0.3, and uploaded it (other than the wp-content folder), but nothing has changed.

In reply to: Plugins Page Gone After Upgrading to 3.0.3I tried both of those things, separately as well as at the same time, but no change. I still can’t access my plugins page.
In fact, I can’t access a number of sections of my blogs; pages, posts, comments, users, etc. I can access settings and tools.

In reply to: Plugins Page Gone After Upgrading to 3.0.3I decided to try uninstalling plugins, to see if one of them was the culprit, but of course I can’t access the plugins page to do it that way, so I’m just deleting them one by one via FTP. So far, I’ve deleted all the plugins that are common to all my blogs, with no resolution thus far.
I tried reinstalling 3.0.3 and that has also not fixed anything.
Resetting the category base to “category” gets rid of the error, but it doesn’t solve the problem. Before the upgrade to 3.0 my URLs were like this:
http://www.ironmandiet.com/biking/
I used the category base = . to achieve this. If I change the category base to “category” then my URLs look like this:
http://www.ironmandiet.com/category/biking/
Which totally ruins what I’m trying to achieve. I need a way to maintain the http://www.ironmandiet.com/biking/ URL structure without the error.

In reply to: no email notification of commentsSame thing here. People are posting all sorts of comments, including spam comments, but I get no notification anymore. I’ve got about 10 wordpress installations and the same thing is happening with all of them, and it all started around the same time (a few months ago).
IronmanDiet.com is just one of the blogs having the problem.
