Our own request quote feature is based on WordPress form plugins. You can use Fluent Forms as well. Just make sure you add a multi line text field with class name “wpcb-form-field-summary”:

The request quote plugins we added support for are based on WooCommerce. That works different than the ‘basic’ form quote options, since these plugins use the WooCommerce cart section instead of regular forms
