Thanks Tanja! We will resume the conversation via the support ticket and close this thread now
Hello Tanja,
I assume you have “Include WooCommerce product gallery images” option enabled as well in “Configurator data” > “Visuals” tab?
Feel free to share login with us via the support page on our website so we can better help you resolve these issues.
Hello Tanja,
Thank you for reaching out. We have confirmed the issue with popup display on product variation pages and will provide a fix in next update. When displayed inline in the page it should work fine.
If I understand you correctly, you don’t want the default WooCommerce variation selections displayed in the popup. The variation should be selected on the product page itself?
Regarding point 4 popup window size, can you make sure “Template width” is set to “in container” in WCB > Configuration > Configurator data > Template tab?
Looking forward to your reply!
Ah okay, so you have a different issue now.
Can you clear the “configuration” and “product” selections on your visuals, if you have any?
If that does not work either, feel free to share login credentials via our support form:

Then we will investigate the issue for you
Hello Ferit,
Thank you for the update and sorry to hear the options are not being added to the cart
At this point I think you can best reach out to us via the support form on our website and provide login credentials so we can further investigate the issue for you
Hello Ferit,
Can you try the new version 1.4.1?
Let me know if this solves your issue
Hello, there seems to be an issue with shortcode and the WooCommerce add to cart function. We are investigating this right now and update you as soon as this is fixed!
Hello Ferit,
Can you download the latest plugin files from the WordPress plugin page and replace your current plugin files? Just after releasing 1.4.0 there was an issue with price updates. Some installations were affected. But this has been resolved in the meantime. Downloading the latest plugin files again has resolved this problem for other users.
Hope this helps

Hello Bodus,
The price import won’t affect the conditional logic. So you can set up conditional logic and your options first, and import the prices afterwards.
Make sure to run export first, then update prices in the exported file. And finally import the updated file again.
We are working on single field updates still (only update the option price fields for example)
Hello Bodus,
Thank you for explaining!
This is not available in the free version, but if you upgrade to pro version you can import JSON (or CSV) file of the choices and import the new prices in bulk.
But the conditional logic is applied in the configuration form. Not in the import process.
Hope this answers your question
Hello Bodus,
Thank you for your question
I’m not exactly sure what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to conditionally generate columns in an Excel file?
To give a bit of clarification: you can apply conditional logic to dropdowns and checkboxes, and you can allow customers to upload Excel files in the file upload field.
But you can’t create conditional rules to validate criteria for Excel file data. Conditional logic applies to configuration fields only.
OK noted! You can expect this to be included in a future release.
Perfect!
Hello and thank you for your suggestion
If I understand you correctly, you want to show configurations in child categories as well. Not just the parent. Correct?
