Nevermind, I found the solution:

wp option patch update smtp_mailer_options smtp_host 'localhost'
wp option patch update smtp_mailer_options smtp_username 'username'
```

Hi @preetam27,

Thanks for this plugin! Could you enable special characters in title though? This is a killer for a lot of languages other than english. My clients are french and there are often simples quotes in theirs texts.

For that single reason I have to change for another plugin.
