Thanks James. I was able to resolve my issue over at the forum you directed me too. Thanks!

For anyone who may have this question in the future, the Connections plug-in comes with a character index filter that is disabled by default. Once enabled, whatever was imported through there csv file can be filtered alphabetically.

Super simple and took 2 minutes to resolve.
