Hi, thanks for the quick answer.
The Option for “removing categories prefix” is the reason, why I thought the issue comes with the latest update. I have the option already set to “remove the prefix”. And it worked fine and strangely still works for the blog categories. But since the Update (or something else funnily happening around the same time) it doesn’t work for the WooCommerce Shop categories.
When editing the Permalink page in the WP settings, I typed /blog/ for the shop category page. But it suddenly stopped working and redirected the /blog/[cat-name] page to a 404 page. When typing /blog/[something]/ in the permalink, the cat. page will be found by WP again and properly shown. But with that /[something]/ prefix in the url.
Hey👋🏻
Haha, you get my point on the end of your answer 😋
Normally, I had the cleaner URL without the /category/ prefix. But somehow this and outdo nothing, it got redirected to a 404 page. At the Permalink page I did a little trial and error and I was able to view the page, but only if it’s url is not directly /blog/[category-name].Right now I have it set be viewed with the prefix, but I want to get rid of it again 😅
I hope you can help me,
Dorian
