Hi @tograczyk here you should see the plugin setup in 3 screenshots.
last order with this issue was 117,99 € so over the threshold which is 50 € and when I replicate the same order (products, address, payment method) it worked perfectly.The issue happened 2 times in the last weeks.

Hi all,
we are facing the same issue with intermittent free shipping.We configured the free shipping when cart is more than 50€ and sometimes it works sometimes no. If we replicate exaclty the same order which had shipping paied, than it give us the free shipping as expected so it is not possible to replicate it.
We are using 6.2.1 with all plugins and themes updated.

thanks for suggestion! I have fixed the isse disabling the JS Minify -> purge all cache -> purge OPcache -> purge APCu cache.
