    Hi Kevin
    Thanks for response. No I haven’t modified any files but will try deactivating plugins.
    The difficulty is that this happens just for couple of hours each day, normally between around 8am 11am GMT. That makes me suspect it might be server related in spite of what our host support says – maybe at peak times.

    We’ve located the ‘index.php’ shown in the log mentioned above with a ‘PHP fatal error’ and had a look at line 5 but don’t have enough coding experience to know whether it’s OK or not. Is there a developer that can look for us?

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function do_action() in /home/paleblu6/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue/index.php:5
    Stack trace:
    #0 {main}
    thrown in /home/paleblu6/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue/index.php on line 5

    Cheers
    Jane

    Yes – using Safari, I’ll re-zip the folder.
    Thanks very much Hannah!

    Hi Hannah
    This is the same tutorial link I sent in my query. The tutorial is OK but the Kadence Importer download on that page doesn’t download the plugin as the zip file that it says is required to install into WordPress

    If you click on the Kadence Importer button and download the file you’ll see the problem, it downloads a folder called kadence-importer but it’s not in .zip format and therefore can’t be installed. The query is how to install the plugin into WordPress if it’s downloaded as a regular folder not a .zip? I believe Kadence need to change the download format to .zip
