It was good before, not sure what changed. I just fixed it by readding each field and deleting the existing one and seemed to fix it. Thanks!!
When I make edits to just a simple text on the form it updates the website instantly. But all the radio buttons and checkboxes are gone.

It had been an hour or 2, but on mobile and desktop it appears to have corrected itself. I checked my host and SSL is enabled. Thank you for looking into anyways, much appreciated.
