I have found another post from an hour ago with someone experiencing the same issue. At least its not just me.

Hey, Just posted this very question and then saw yours. I’m having the same issue.
Thought it was me, glad I’m not alone. In that case I’m guessing it is a ww.wp.xz.cn issue and we’ll just have to wait for it to be resolved.
