Im having the exact same problem. If im logged in as admin the page wont display correctly but when logged out or an editor it displays fine.

The other issue is i cannot add or remove any entries from the table anymore. It just hangs on saving… or when deleting nothing happens at all.

I have 300+ presets and i need to add more so would really like any fix possible for this.
