    Thanks for your fast response Essekia.

    I see that you register user_ip submissions in other table in database (wp_tablesome_event_log), so can you include it as a complement in the data base table created for each form? Maybe that would be perfect as default complement data in each submission!

    I realy appreciate the simplicity of your plugin, solves other problems that I find in other similar plugins.

    Same error since 18th july, after last upgrade, in several WordPress… Downgrading to 3.6.9 solves the error.

    Are there any way to track via cookie? Because, if the site don’t have user logins, the problem with local net works still there.

    May be I can add other variable before the “:”?

    Hi, I´ve got the same problem. I´ve been installing this plugin long time ago in several sites and never had problems.

    I´d try it deactivating all other plugins and the problem continues.

    Any suggestion?

    El slider que utilizaba es Flexslider 2.
    Actualizé a la última versión de este y funcionó.
