Had the same issue. Just like @tassiepure, reinstalling VC did not work but deactivating Ultimate Addons for VC did the trick! Thanx!!!

I am struggling with the same issue.

I have deleted everything and retried, I have had the ISP clean the webhotel and reset databases, I have regenerated install.php and archive… I keep getting the same message:

Please try again an issue has occurred.

server code: 200
status: OK
response: (blank)

Any suggestions?
