What you described in item 1 (1. Go to All-in-One WP Migration → Backups, then click the three dots (…) next to your backup and choose “Download”) is what I’m trying to do. This results in the ‘Site Wasn’t Available’ error
Option 2 costs money, which defeats the purpose of a free plugin
