So the problem is with Divi Theme and the Divi Builder. Once I stopped using those everything worked fine.

I tried doing that. I have a grandfathered license so I think I’m blocked from adding a new support ticket.

Thanks! I thought it was acting weird. I’ve been a user since 2014 and times I’ve used it has been very reliable. It’s just now it has been acting like this. I thought it was some new thing.

I don’t have any caching plugins and I haven’t set any caching on my hosting.

I am using the latest version of Divi and Updraft Plus. Could that be a cause?

Hi.

Maybe there should be a check box for logged out users?

There are options for all logged in users. As a site admin I have to choose HIDE ALL so that when someone (who is not logged in) views the website they won’t see the blank admin bar.
