Thank you for sharing your concern and problem with us!
We just run out new version of our WorkSuite WP and similar to before that it still need you to verify your email address before you can access to our platform. The verification email can be found in either your email mailbox or promotion, if you cannot find our email in non of these sections. I would suggest that you look out in the spam/junk mail box.
