Ok well i went to the meta post data in my databases and manage to find the emails with the rest of the data, and was able to extract the emails out of the 32000 lined exported file. Thanks for the location!
Not until a few days ago, my last event was 6 months ago,but the event list is empty, so i can’t select anything from the events, i can only get any information from reports only, the event list just shows a “–“.
Thank you for the fast replys, im going to check the databases and I’ll post anything i find in the location you told me earlier,
My old events do not show up so i have nothing to select under events, i do the report by date, get my results, but the csv file will not list emails.
Thats the problem i have never set up an event, i set up a ticket purchase in the post, so i have no events to download a sheet from,and if i export from a search, i get no emails in the csv file, just names and purchases.
