Thank you for your detailed response and suggestions! After checking, the issue was indeed caused by a content blocker on my iPhone. I added my site to the whitelist, and now the widget displays perfectly on Safari.

I wanted to provide additional information regarding the issue. It seems that the Google reviews display correctly on mobile when using Google Chrome, but they do not appear at all when using Safari on mobile devices.
Could this be a compatibility issue with Safari? Please let me know if there are any specific adjustments or settings I should check to resolve this.
