    Email hosting provider? It’s just gmail. What am I missing.

    Ok. So it looks like the emails are being generated according to WP Mail Logging. I see the emails but I am not receiving them in my inbox. All 3 emails are being generated including order ID, creating the account, order complete, etc. I’m not a developer, unfortunately. Just a content creator and learning this on my own.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    So all my plugins are disabled with exception to Woocommerce and I changed the theme to storefront but did NOT deactivate my Elementor Pro plugin. Not sure if that is even going to make a difference because I never updated those plugins. Still….not working. Starting to get really fed up with this.

    I just need to launch my course and there is always something that happens where I have to hold off right before launching. If people are not getting emails after they purchase, it’s a big problem. I look like a scammer! LOL!

    So at this point, I have no idea what is happening. If I can use WPSMTP, then fine, perhaps that is the way to go but just baffled why this is not working. I don’t think I will get a “flood” of purchases at the start. Maybe 10. That is enough to not have to run an SMTP. I don’t know.

    Any other suggestions?

    Ok. So here is the thing. Mail Poet and WPMailSMTP were never activated(or perhaps setup) previously but yet I was able to receive confirmation emails in my inbox before. I’m just trying to understand why it’s not working now.

    Thanks. I will look into it. I did check the spam folder but didn’t find any emails there.

    Thanks. No theme changes. Same theme the whole time. I made some plugin updates such as paypal but I had to since the previous plugin was no longer supported.

    Yeah. It is checked. The funny thing is that it worked before and now it just stopped. Is there another way instead of installing another plugin?

    I think it was a standard wordpress theme. I am using Astra theme with Elementor and I switched to Twenty Twenty-one and a Learndash Theme. Learndash theme didn’t even work when I clicked on the cart. The Twenty Twenty-one theme had the same issue with the credit card input.

    “The fields are not even being written to the page -> Where the credit card field should be it simply shows a comment “<!– a Stripe Element will be inserted here. –>” 🙁”

    That is really odd. It shows up on my firefox browser. I haven’t tried the stripe “test” method. Maybe I should turn it off and just use paypal and have people use their credit card for that while I figure this out?

    Well looks like I have the same darn issue.

    Just not able to figure out why I am unable to enter credit card details for stripe checkout. I have confirmed all my keys are fine. I have updated the stripe plugin for Woocommerce, updated woocommerce plugin, and tried to disable the theme with another theme and it STILL shows a small bar for the credit card field details that I am not able to input info.

    I was just getting ready for a product launch and wondering if I should just stick to Paypal payment with credit card.
