After messing around for ages, I just noticed there was an update for the them. Updated and it looks like the problem is fixed!
Thanks, it would be very useful because we find that more people tend to enter the chat if they can see the messages, but would prefer them to have to enter their name rather than the auto generated ones.
I’ve been trying to do this as well, did you find a way to do it?
It looks like the only way is to force users to create an account first, but it would be nice to just let them enter a username.
