I meant DELETING from WORDPRESS DashBoard, not from FTP but I guess there is noway to do it while a plugin is active

Thanx, I just installed it right now and turned off “Prevent and block malicious login attempts” but to no avail, why is it so ? What do I do now ? but I disconnected and deleted the plugin again now.
