Does Geoip not work with anonymised IP addresses?!?!
Working now. Probably changed the wrong functions.php.
Any chance to put some debug into ‘function custom_shortcode_atts_wpcf7_filter’, whether it is called at all?

Right, I did it exactly as described. Added the code sniplet to contact-form-7/includes/functions.php at the end.
Added
<label> In Email [email* destination-email default:shortcode_attr] </label>
to the form and
[contact-form-7 id="74" title="Anfrageformular" destination-email="[email protected]"]
but nothing shows up in the form then…
