Unfortunately our team attempted to implement the steps that you suggested. However, your name and photo continue to repopulate as the administrator. Finally with the help of the Blue Host team-they were able to successfully remove you as the administrator of the website.

I am also having an issue. Spoke with the plugin author he stated that this has not ever occurred. I am trying to decide whether to purchase but I am unable to try it. Can you let me know if you learn anythings?
