Delete the woocommerce folder from your host computer’s plugin folder (domain->wp-content -> plugins -> woocommerce) and FTP the older (extracted) version.
Same issue with our site as well.
We are on PHP 7.2.33 yet the issue is the same, reverting back to version 4.3.3 resolves the issue.
