Thanks for your turbo fast reply, appreciate it.
I confirm that we are using only WooCommerce Sogecommerce Payment gateway (which is the payment gateway from bank ‘Societe Generale’), and that’s the only one which is enabled on the backend.
Since we don’t use any other payment methods/payment gateways, I cannot tell if it’s happening with others.

As additional information : the payment gateway we are using redirects the customer on the bank portal to proceed with the payment.
Is there any snippet, based on some hooks, I could use to make the automatic account creation based on the status order (processing or completed) ?Big thanks in advance.

It’s definitely related to the JS, if you disable it the counter will not refresh every second but it will not overload your Apache process.
