Right now, I solved the issue by adding a white background to the .ui-autocomplete class in the style.css of the theme.

Unfortunately, I do not have the option of deactivating all plugins or changing the theme since the problem is on a “live” site(currently in use). I do not have this problem on our staging site. I’ve tried deactivating some plugins(e.g. the ones which are not in use on the staging site) without luck.
I did post on their forum(about a week ago), but I’ve gotten no response yet. I’d have to pay to get direct support.
