Looks like you need to install YOAST SEO plugin (or whatever the plugin mentioned in the post) to edit the Open Graph metadata (Facebook uses this metadata to display your site icon).

The tagline should be able to edit in Customizer->Site Identity->TagLine. Also, check to see if you click Publish.
The reason why you’re seeing the Blog Post’s title in the nav bar (menu) as well as the blog post because you have included in the Blog Post as part of the Primary Menu. To change this setting, you can navigate using the following steps:
1. Go to Theme Customizer
2. Select Menus
3. Select Primary Menu or whichever menu your site is showing.
4.From here, you can remove the Blog Post from the Menu if you so choose.Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
