problem solved by the server side with this settings in php.ini
opcache.interned_strings_buffer = 16
opcache.memory_consumption = 128

yes, it is related because if I deactivate it the error is gone. I’ll contact site ground staff. Thank you!
I think I have the problem because the wordpress installation is in a subdirectory.
