Yes, this issue sounds like the one referenced in this thread and should have been resolved by updating to WooCommerce 5.1.0. Please update WooCommerce if you have no yet done so.

They shared that “Prices are saved in cache and transients, so the product page cache needs to get cleaned too. WooCommerce relies on WP-CRON to clean this cache and transients.” – https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/22069#issuecomment-573911954
If the prices are not being updated correctly for the product, that points to an issue with WP Cron. From your system report, it does not seem to be enabled, so I would recommend looking into this in addition to server caching. For help with server caching and WP Cron, both, you can check with your host.

I recommend that you check with the developers of the plugin since Storefront is a free theme, or test the setup to make sure that it meets your needs.

Is there a way that in the future WooCommerce allows natively a unique and universal order number and an API to get the order id corresponding ? (Note that it is the case in Magento).
