In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] wrong images or dublicate products on facebook catalogHi @gigsakos. In your previous post, you indicated that the issue was with “Simple Slug Translate”. However, it looks like that extension is currently disabled on your site.
I recommend that you do some conflict testing to see which extension may be causing this issue. We have a guide to help you here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Please let us know how it goes for you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Stock levels IssueHi @glowmedialimited, it definitely sounds like there is an issue with the stock in the database.
You could try exporting the products and re-importing them with the correct stock values to see if that makes a difference.
Another test you could do is if you duplicate one of the affected products, can you replicate the issue there?
You can also try checking the database entries for the two products to explore how they are different, to see what might be going on.
I hope that points you in the right direction!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Can’t put order as “Completed”, it just puts it “On Hold”Hi @elay99. An example of a caching plugin would be WP-Optimize. As I mentioned in my last response, I don’t notice any on your site. It is possible that there is caching at the server level but that would usually also show up in your system status report. The other way to find out is to ask your host directly.
I narrowed it down to that the issue happens when I give the customer a coupon code for the whole amount + Free Shipping marked. So if they shop for 50€ and they have a coupon for 50€ this issue might happen. But not every time. There is no other logic that I can find.
Good sleuthing. The order notes says the status is Completed but it still looks like the order is On Hold. Is this also only happening with orders processed through Klarna Checkout? For the orders that get completed correctly, is the payment method the same?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce PayPal Checkout does not retrieve billing addressHi Chris. Sorry that we missed your initial post:
*Note:* enabling “Require shipping address” (or billing?) inside WooCommerce > Settings > Payment Methods > PayPal Checkout (plugin settings) did not solve anything because when turned on, the plugin wouldn’t work at all, even the customer info is present but it would always say that an address, town/city, and postal code is required in order to checkout.
This feature (require billing address) is no longer supported by PayPal. If you need to collect billing address, you could turn off the payment buttons on the product and cart pages, and collect that information using the normal WooCommerce checkout fields.
I hope that clarifies things!
If you have any follow up questions, not that the support forum for the plugin is here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Price variation not changing in cartHi @relle23. Sorry that we missed your last response.
There are many template overrides added to the efarm theme’s folder. Please check if there are any updates for your theme. If there are not, I recommend getting in touch with the support for the theme to update the template overrides as several of them are out of date.
I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as Resolved after bluecap’s response. If you have premium extensions from WooCommerce.com and need support, please feel free to contact us from https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/.
