I removed && $woocommerce->error_count() == 0 inside the file on that line for now and it fixed my problems. Hasn’t seemed to cause any issues as of now. I’m not able to add anything in my cart without having to fill out the needed requirements which means its running perfect. I would not recommend this as a permanent fix.
