I have similar problem, after updating my theme and plugins, Form 7 is now not displaying on all pages and just shows the location. [contact-form-7 id=”332″ title=”Bookings form”]
Theme is 2011 and wp version is 4.6. I disabled all of the plugins. Please advise how and if I need to change my theme or anything else to make this the way it was before this update
