Current info from server. It’s shows PHP Version is 5.6.30
What else could cause this?
My provider says their default version is 5.6 and it supports up to 5.7

Part of the problem is that I cannot access the dashboard, so I am unable to reset the permalink that way.
There is already a template with that exact name. I thought that it was part of your plug in? Is that not the case?
