I have been trying to get a response from their support since February. I too purchased a license, and thought “support” would mean a response to my ticket atleast. I came here on the keywords “foobox support” hoping someone had an answer, only to find another someone just like me who these guys have failed to respond to. They obviously could care less about the people that spend money on their products.

I’m actually with tjn505 on this one. I DID update the contact-form-7/includes/functions.php file. I DID save and upload properly. I DID clear my cache and try in two separate browsers with no response to the change. I even see my change in the core files of the plugin editor, but it isn’t reading :\
any ideas?
