I tried that already.
I think this is a problem with the Flickr plugin from Silaspartners. I deactivated it and the upload appear again.

I`m Having the same problem.
in the Write->Post screen I don’t see the Upload section below the Save and Continue button.
Apparently it was after an upgrade.
I host my blog on dreamhost and this is the only blog that is having this problem.
