At the moment only domains will replaced.
You can write http://www.example.com
but not http://www.example.com/slug
In a future version it will be possible.

At this time the plugin replace only whole donains.
But I wrote your whish to the feature list.
If you need a fast solution, look at the code.
It’s a normal sql query.
