I self host my site on a Windows Home server 2011 machine. How do I upgrade the PHP, cURL and the SSL?

I also have the same error. and have sent the diagnostics to wordfence. I am self hosted on a Windows Home Server 2011 and can not find any way to update the mentioned OpenSSL.
