Hi Tobias,
Thanks for the quick reply! 🙂
As per you email, I think the “TablePress Button Filter” may have been the problem. I may have still had it activated when I did my first testing with TablePress 2.0. I’ve just done another test and can’t recreate the problem.
Sorry to have bothered you with this. Please close the support ticket.
Thank you.
Hi Tobias,
Thanks for your quick and clear response, as usual!
Actually, I am using the Template Tag functions, I just said shortcodes as I thought it was perhaps the easiest way of clarifying my question… I don’t know why. 🙂 Thanks for the advice though!
Thanks for the explanation on the
use_datatablesproperty… I’ll keep that in mind too.All the best,
David.Hi Tobias,
Yes, I want to set a different number of visible rows via the Shortcode. The datatables_paginate_entries parameter is working for me. Thanks! 🙂
Is this in the documentation somewhere? I’m just looking here: https://tablepress.org/documentation/ … under The Shortcode toggle and can’t see it.
Kind regards,
David.Hello again,
Thanks for your super quick response.
The datatables_scrollx parameter is new to me, so thanks for explaining that. However, the datatables_lengthchange I’m already familiar with as it controls the visibility of the number of rows select field on the front end. What I’m enquiring about is the “Show X rows per page” option which is part of the “Pagination” option on the back-end.
Kind regards,
David.
