We were able to resolve the issue for that specific merchant, yes. However, this issue can occur for a few different reason.
- There’s a JavaScript error during payment
- There’s a third-party plugin preventing our JavaScript from running fully
- The configured public API key and secret API key are not for the same environment/account
This is a good place to start investigating.
