I’ve also been experiencing a very similar issue, where my home page quite often loads a version about a month old. Like you, my homepage is set to Do Not Cache and like you it also seems to be the only page that experiences the old page load issue. I also have both Page and Browser Cache enabled.
I’m also interested in seeing if anyone has found a solution.
