Resolution: Browser Issue
I was working in Chrome when the issues occurred. Today, I accessed the backend in Firefox, and had no problem whatsoever. Also, the drop-down menu appeared when hovered over.
Very surprising.

To add/clarify, I’m trying to get this page and this page to appear as sub items of this page. I wonder if there’s a problem with the URLs, or perhaps there was something I overlooked when I created the pages?
