I’m experiencing this same problem, with the exception being that I’m doing a fresh install. Can you provde any insight as to how you resolved your problem, or did simply deleting one instance take care of it?

This is the error I receive on the dashboard page when I log in as admin after “ignoring” the installation error messages. The dashboard seems to display correctly despite this error, but I cannot do anything on the page without receiving even more errors.
