Ich habe ein Problem bei Retouren für Gäste, wenn ich auf der Seite für Gäste ([gzd_return_request_form]) die Bestellnummer und Mail eintrage, kommt immer der Hinweis keine Bestellung gefunden. Die jeweilige Bestellung steht auf Versandt und Fertiggestellt. (Die Optionen unter Versanddienstleister DHL sind alle aktiviert.) Im Kundenaccount selber funktioniert die Retourenabwicklung.
Woran könnte es liegen?

Ist es möglich die Auswahl bei Adresstyp so zu programmieren, dass die „Packstation / Filialen“ als Standard ausgewählt ist und nicht wie jetzt die „normale Adresse“ gezeigt wird?

Ich habe mich schon gewundert, die Einstellung nicht zu finden, denn ich hatte den Text schonmal angepasst. Nach dem Update ist das Textfeld bei mir nicht mehr vorhanden.
