Their support is terrible… been waiting over two weeks for support help and answers…
And they don’t give support to their free products or their purchased add-ons…
Hopefully posting here gives them some incentive. Otherwise, don’t download this plug in. It doesn’t always work and they won’t help you fix it.
Who knows why not. I’ve posted twice and they keep skipping over me for hours and hours and won’t respond.
Yes. I have also tried FTP, and it says the style sheet is missing so it won’t display in the WP dashboard.
I can’t get any help from the theme author.
