Thank you for your help, I will do that.
I’m not a developer and don’t know anything about code, etc. I tried googling but I really have no idea. If there isn’t a fairly simple fix, I’ll leave things be.

I experiencing the same as the above comments by evanhall
I did the following That was mentioned above: wp-config.php file above the “Stop editing” comment: define( ‘ADD_FROM_SERVER’, ‘/www/’ );Now I get this when I try to import my files: see blow starting after Add From Server.
I have no idea how to get back to where I usually have my files stored which is:
/wp-content/uploads/PublicAdd From Server
bin/
boot/
dev/
ect/
lib/
lib64/
opt/
proc/
sbin/
script/
sys/
tmp/
usr/
var
cloud-int-complete
error log
Get.pmImport: Is a button when I find the correct path back to: /wp-content/uploads/Public
